With over twenty years’ experience in architecture and project management, Todd has learned the key to the success of any project is a thorough understanding of the client’s objectives. Ultimately, architecture is about people and how they relate to spaces and, as such, Todd places a large amount of emphasis on getting to know the people that will be using the spaces.

Todd and his wife, Melissa, have an active five-year old, Garrett. In his free time, Todd likes to work in the yard and to spend time with family.

MELISSA MCILHANEY
Operations Manager

Melissa comes to us with over twenty years’ experience in various business administration functions with a strong background in compliance.  She manages all of the business operations for the firm and works with the design team on matters of code compliance, materials sourcing and estimating.

Melissa was thrilled to be able to join Todd on this journey and has worked with him on a full-time basis for the last ten years. They are parents to a very active five-year old. Melissa enjoys volunteering and currently serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of College Station. She also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Bethel Lutheran Church.
